About Ashley

I’ve always lived a few clicks ahead of everyone else.

In 1997, I was playing in the wild west of online dating, long before swiping became a reflex. In 2008, I was begging small businesses to take social media seriously while they laughed me out of the room. A few years later, I was deep in the cannabis industry, helping build brands, communities, and conversations in a space most people still whispered about.

The pattern is simple: I find the edge, I move there, and I build.

Over the last two decades, I’ve launched and grown companies, led digital and social strategy, built national communities, and forged strategic partnerships across tech, cannabis, politics, and the messy, beautiful world of real life. I’ve seen what happens when people feel invisible, silenced, or written off—and I’ve seen what happens when they feel seen, heard, and mobilized.

That’s what my work is about: getting people to actually care, and then turning that caring into action.

I’m a mom, a wife, a rule bender, an entrepreneur, and a memory keeper who has lived a lot of life between the lines of my resume. I’ve weathered hard seasons, big reinventions, and the chaos of building things from scratch. All of that informs how I listen, how I lead, and how I stand beside the founders and movements I partner with.

Today, I partner with founders, movements, and organizations who are a little early, a little underestimated, and a little too bold for business‑as‑usual. I help them:

  • Clarify who they are, what they stand for, and why anyone should care.
  • Build communities that are more than follower counts or email lists—they’re living, breathing ecosystems.
  • Design campaigns, events, and partnerships that move hearts and move numbers.

I’m not here to chase vanity metrics or play it safe. I’m here for the work that matters—for the brands, stories, and causes that keep you up at night because you know they need to exist.

If you’re looking for someone to “just post on social,” I’m not your person. If you’re ready to build something real—with a strategic partner who’s been early to almost every major shift in digital culture and still believes deeply in people—then we might have something to talk about.

Because at the end of the day, all the tech, tools, and trends are just noise without one thing: people who genuinely give a damn. That’s where I live. That’s where I build.
